University Vehicle Permits Workflow

This page is for reserving and subsequently selling University Vehicle (UV) permits to a specific department. The Department name field is an autocomplete field by matching the starting characters.

• The Payment Methood is "CVI", and the Cash Drawer is "CVI Cash Drawer"".
• It requires PNR_UID, PCG_UID and Prefix from Flex. Be sure to update them when permit year changes, or when PNR_Prefix changes.
• he current setting The current settings are: PNR_UID: 3242, PCG_UID 3290 and Prefix: UV24.
• Permit Numbers must in format of UV220001, UV220023 etc
