Motor Pool Vehicle Request

Drivers must be 21 or older to drive vans or buses. All authorized drivers must have a valid and current U.S. driver's license

Pick Up Hours are 6:00am‑6:00pm Monday‑Friday, closed Saturday and Sunday.
On weekends and after hours, customers can pick up keys from a lockbox installed by the Motor Pool Office.
Terms and Agreement

  • Motor Pool reservations are to be canceled no less than 24 HR in advance of the pickup date/time. Failure to make the cancellation will result in a cancellation fee the Daily Minimum Rate.
  • All vehicles are to be checked out by an authorized University, State or Federal employee. The authorized representative who checks out the vehicle, the person who scheduled the reservation and the driver are responsible for safe operation and care of the vehicle while in your possession, including assignment and approval of capable and competent drivers.
  • Private use of any University-owned vehicle is prohibited by State Statute. Strictly used for official University business within the scope of employment. This does not include entertainment, visiting of friends or relatives or loan to use by guests of the University. All persons traveling in University-owned vehicles must be on official business at all times.
  • Please refer to University policy 3-0160.
  • A limited quantity of PIKEPASS & GPS available upon request. PIKEPASS fees are determined by destination, minimum $5.00 charge.
  • If you plan to reserve a vehicle with an outside company other than Motor Pool, please contact the office at (405) 744-7945,or mp.reservations@okstate.edu before making a reservation.
  • The authorized driver must be 21 or older to drive Vans or Buses.
  • The Precision Driver Training Certification is REQUIRED if transporting students in the 12P Van, 15P Van, or ADA 15P Bus. For more information on the Precision Driver Training Certification or to sign up for the training, please visit Training Registration

Student Organization Transportation Request Form

All Student Organizations must fill out the Student Organization Transportation Request form for approval by Risk Management.

Forms should be submitted 2 weeks in advance of the planned trip. Once the Transportation Request is approved as official University business, the approved form will be forwarded to Transportation Services.
