BRS

The purpose of this form is convert a BRS Export file from SQ7 to the correct Banner_AR upload format so that it can be uploaded to Banner. Before using this form, be sure inspect the source file and make sure its contents are valid. Once the conversion is complete, it automatically downloads the converted file to a folder in local drive.

FRS

The original export from SQ7 includes an Invoice number, amount, descrption, account code, etc, but it does not include an invoiced date.

The date can be the Billed Date for Work Orders, the CheckIn Date for Motorpool, and the Fuel Date for fuel.

When SQ7 exports a file, it logs the records in ExportDataRepositry table. To insert an invoice date, it first searches "ExportDataRepositry table" by a matching invoice number. This table is very large. First, get the log UID and then filter the table by LOGUID.

The original file name must include the export date and it must be last 8 characters proceeding to .txt, for example: FRS_20180802_Export_20180802.txt
