The Monthly Fleet Report (MFR) was revised to version 3.5 (starting FY2020)
The workbook contains macros – snippets of Excel Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) code – intended to improve the report submission process. Because it contains this code, email security software may prevent you from receiving attachments, strip the code from the file or quarantine the message or file. To expedite the process of downloading your agency’s MFR and preparing it for use I recommend following these steps in order:
Vehicle custodian numbers
Vehicle custodian numbers are sent from Asset Management in an Excel Format. Save the excel to tab delimted txt file, and read the file and create a list of Veh_Custodian records
